SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – 12 Evangel Valor Track & Field and Cross Country athletes were honored on Tuesday by being named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for the 2025-26 season.
Seniors Emily Harris and Alex Richardson were joined by juniors Benjamin Ipock, Caleb Gamble, Morgan Lilly, Anna McCune, Autumn Nold, and April Phillips as well as sophomores Nathan Hawbaker, Alexander Worthley, Kameron Clark, and Jayleign Flood as honorees on the team.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Track & Field/XC Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender.
These athletes had to meet several requirements to garner the honor, including having a top 25 mark in the conference in at least one event, having a 3.50 cumulative GPA, and being at least a sophomore in academic status.
Alex Richardson, April Phillips, Morgan Lilly, and Autumn Nold have advanced to the All-American ballot, with selections being announced on July 14th (Men) and 15th (Women).
