SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Women's Basketball opens the NAIA National Tournament on Friday (Mar. 13) evening, taking on the 13th seeded USAO Drovers in a first round matchup in AGFinancial Arena.

Evangel is 1-1 all-time against USAO, but took the most recent matchup back in 2011, 72-55.

With a win, Evangel WBB will take on the winner of the #5 William Carey / #12 Shawnee State matchup on Saturday (Mar. 14) afternoon at 4:00 p.m. in AGFinancial Arena, for the right to advance to the final site in Sioux City, Iowa. With a loss, the historic Evangel WBB season comes to a close.
