SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Men's Basketball opens postseason on Wednesday (Feb. 26) evening, traveling to the one-seeded Oklahoma Wesleyan Eagles for a 7 PM tip-off in the conference quarterfinals.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel will take on Oklahoma Wesleyan in their 21st all-time matchup, as EU trails all-time, 9-11. The Valor fell at home last Thursday to the Eagles, 51-84.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel took a wild come from behind victory on Saturday (Feb. 22) afternoon, 67-65, over the Sterling College Warriors to help earn the eight seed in the tournament.

Garrett Davault led Evangel's charge on Saturday, scoring a team high 12 points. Bryce Ware rounded out double digit scoring with 11 points in the win.

LOOKING AHEAD
Should Evangel take the win in the quarterfinals, the Valor will travel to take on the winner of #4 Bethel and #5 Ottawa on Saturday (Mar. 1) afternoon at 2:00 p.m. With a loss, the Valor MBB 2024-25 season will come to an end.
