WICHITA, Kan. – After leading Evangel to a come from behind victory on the road against Stephens College, senior Ali Kamies was named the KCAC Defensive Player of the Week, recording several key plays to help push EU to the win.

Kamies finished with a team high six steals and seven rebounds in the overtime win over Stephens, 78-70.

Kamies also scored 22 points in the win.

This is Kamies' second time this season earning the honor.
