SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel MBB opens KCAC conference play on Saturday (Nov. 15) afternoon at 3:00 p.m., taking on the 18th ranked Friends Falcons in Wichita, Kansas.

SERIES HISTORY

Evangel leads the all-time series with Friends, 3-1, but had their three game winning streak snapped last season, falling at home to the Falcons, 72-83.

OPENING STORYLINES

• Evangel is led by Garrett Davault, who currently averages 21.5 points per game.

• Drew McMillin (13.8 ppg) and Bryce Ware (12.0) round out double digit scorers for EU.

• Head Coach Bert Capel currently holds a 82-47 all-time record as head coach at Evangel.

• Jacob Lafferty leads Evangel in rebounds per game, averaging 6.3 per contest.
