SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Women's Basketball travels to North Newton, Kan., on Saturday (Dec. 7) afternoon to take on the Bethel College Threshers. Tip-off for Saturday's conference matchup is set for 12:00 p.m.

Evangel will take on Bethel in their second all-time matchup, as Evangel leads all-time, 1-0. In their last matchup with Bethel, the Valor took a 66-51 win at home last season.

Evangel fell after a cold fourth quarter drought against Saint Mary on Wednesday, 59-64.

Evangel was led by senior Micah Clayton's 15 points in Wednesday's loss, while Kamie Jenkins recorded her second consecutive game pulling down 15 rebounds.
