SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Men's Basketball returns to conference action, hosting the Saint Mary Spires at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday (Dec. 4) evening. Wednesday night's game will be broadcast by Mediacom22.

SERIES HISTORY

Evangel will take on Saint Mary in their third all-time matchup, as EU trails all-time, 0-2. The Valor fell in both matchups last season, including in the KCAC Conference Tournament Quarterfinals, 72-78.

• Evangel took a win last Saturday (Nov. 30) afternoon, defeating Missouri Baptist, 89-76, in a non-conference matchup.

• Five Valor athletes recorded double digit scoring on Saturday, with Garrett Davault and Carson Cavalier both scoring 13 points apiece.

• Manrique Alvarado, Josh Mason, and Ty Campbell all recorded double digit scoring for the Valor on Saturday, all scoring 12 points in the win.

• Evangel made 28 free throws in the win on Saturday, their most makes this season in a single game.
