SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Men's Basketball returns to action on Saturday (Nov. 23) afternoon, hitting the road to take on the Tabor College Bluejays at 4:00 p.m., as both teams search for their first win in conference play.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel will take on Tabor in their 10th all-time matchup, as EU leads all-time, 5-4. The Valor earned a pair of wins last season, including a 86-75 win on the road.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel fell at home against Avila without senior starter Stephen Salvi, 68-72, moving to 0-2 in conference play, the first time losing their first two conference games since 2018.

Josh Mason led Evangel in Wednesday's loss, scoring 19 points in his first game starting this season.

Garrett Davault and Ty Campbell rounded out double digit scoring for Evangel on Wednesday, with Davault scoring 13 and Campbell scoring 12, his career high.
