SERIES HISTORY
Evangel will take on Avila in their 71st all-time matchup, as EU leads all-time, 51-19. The Valor earned a pair of wins last season, including a 90-66 win at home.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel fell at home against Friends without seniors Josh Mason and Stephen Salvi, 72-83, moving to 0-1 in conference play, the first time losing their conference opener since 2019.
