SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Women's Basketball travels to Sterling, Kan., on Wednesday (Jan. 3) evening, taking on the Sterling College Warriors for their first conference matchup since December 9th.
Tip-off for Wednesday's game is set for 6:00 p.m. at the Gleason Center with the Valor looking to earn their sixth win of the season and their fourth in conference play.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel and Sterling will compete in their fifth matchup all-time, with the Valor leading, 3-1. Evangel's lone road game against Sterling resulted in their only loss in the series, 74-90, back in the 2021-22 season.

Jenkins recorded back-to-back-to-back double-doubles in the win over Avila narrow loss to Bethany on the road, and win over Williams Baptist where she scored 13 points and pulled down 18 rebounds, the most in a single game since 2021 for EU.
