SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Women's Basketball travels to Leavenworth, Kansas on Saturday (Jan. 13) afternoon to take on the conference leading Saint Mary Spires.
Tip-off for Saturday's game is set for 2:00 p.m. at the Ryan Sports Center with the Valor looking to earn their fourth consecutive win in conference play.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel and Saint Mary will match up for just the second time in program history on Saturday, as the Valor lead the matchup, 1-0, taking the lone win in 1991, 67-59.

Evangel concludes their road trip on Saturday (Jan. 13) afternoon, traveling to Leavenworth, Kan., to take on the conference leading Saint Mary Spires at 2:00 p.m.

The Valor recorded their fourth straight win on Wednesday, taking down the OKWU Eagles on the road, 65-53.

Evangel currently holds a 8-4 record overall and are 6-3 in the KCAC. The Valor are alone at fourth in the conference with Bethany, Kansas Wesleyan, and Bethel all below them just a win away.
