SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Evangel Valor Men's Basketball team travels to Columbia, Missouri, on Tuesday (Nov. 21) evening, taking on the Columbia College Cougars.
Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m., in the Arena of Southwell Complex as Evangel looks to take their second win in non-conference play.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel and Columbia match up for the 12th time in program history on Tuesday. Evangel trails Columbia, 5-6, in the all-time matchup, currently on a two game winning streak against the Cougars after defeating them twice in the 2021-22 school year.
OPENING STORYLINES

Valor Men's Basketball defeated the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes on Saturday, 81-80, on the road in Salina for their third straight win.

Evangel hits the road to take on the Columbia College Cougars on Tuesday, in their second to last non conference match of the regular season.

Josh Pritchett led Evangel with 17 points on Wednesday in the dominant conference opening win.

Pritchett ranks in the EU record book in several different categories. Josh currently is 3rd in Evangel history in assists (423), 4th in steals (182), as well as 9th in three point makes (182), blocks (59), and 10th in scoring (1,633)

Evangel's win on Saturday was the Valor's 1st win to Kansas Wesleyan in program history, making the all-time record, 1-0.

Saturday's matchup will be the second road non-conference match of the season.
